The terms that govern your use of this website and, together with your signed service agreement, your engagement of Travis Lehman Tech for IT services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of travislehmantech.com (the "Site"), operated by Travis Lehman Tech ("Travis Lehman Tech," "we," "us," or "our"), a managed IT services provider serving Canton, North Canton, Akron, Green, Massillon, Stark County, Summit County, and the surrounding Northeast Ohio area.
By accessing or using the Site, requesting a quote or free IT assessment, or engaging Travis Lehman Tech for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
The Site is provided to give small businesses information about our managed IT, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, and web design services in Northeast Ohio. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and agree not to:
Descriptions of managed IT support, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, Microsoft 365 management, network infrastructure, and related services on this Site are provided for informational and marketing purposes. They do not themselves create a service contract. Actual IT services are provided only under a separate signed Managed Services Agreement, statement of work, or invoice-accepted work order that specifies scope, service levels, pricing, and responsibilities specific to your business.
Where services involve remote access to client systems, deployment of monitoring or security agents, or handling of regulated data (e.g., HIPAA-covered health information), those obligations are further defined in the applicable service agreement and, where required, a Business Associate Agreement.

Pricing for managed IT services, one-time projects, and assessments is provided in a quote or service agreement prior to work beginning, unless otherwise agreed. Recurring managed services are billed on the schedule specified in the client's agreement (typically monthly). Late payments may result in suspension of non-emergency support until the account is brought current, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Travis Lehman Tech name and branding, is owned by or licensed to Travis Lehman Tech and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for your own informational, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Custom deliverables built for a client (e.g., a website) are governed by the ownership terms in that client's specific agreement.
The Site may link to or embed third-party content, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and vendor resources (e.g., Microsoft, Cloudflare). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that Site content is error-free or that the Site will be uninterrupted or secure. Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee of specific IT outcomes, security results, or compliance status; actual service commitments are defined only in a signed service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travis Lehman Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site. This limitation does not apply to liability arising under a separately signed Managed Services Agreement, which governs the scope and limits of liability for actual IT service delivery, including matters such as data loss, downtime, or security incidents.
You agree to indemnify and hold Travis Lehman Tech harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Termination of managed IT services is governed by the notice and offboarding terms in the applicable Managed Services Agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Stark County, Ohio.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
